All options come with Beverage Station, which includes fruit punch, lemonade, ice water, hot tea options, regular and decaffeinated coffee. (Assorted soft drinks – add $1.50/person)

Scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, homemade biscuits, and fresh fruit
Continental Breakfast: $9.00/person
Assorted danishes, baked goods, and bagels with a selection of cream cheese and jellies. Fresh fruit
Ranch Breakfast Burritos: $13.00/person
Flour tortillas filled with eggs, fried potatoes, brisket, chorizo, and a blend of cheeses (2 per person). Fresh fruit and assorted baked goods

Soup and Salad Bar: $9.00/person
Our homemade chicken noodle soup accompanied by our award-winning chili. Also, a crispy blend of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded cheese with golden Italian and creamy ranch dressings.

Your choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken, slider rolls, homemade cole slaw and smoked baked beans.

Macho Nacho Bar: $12.00/person
A full pan of chips covered with pulled pork, cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, a second layer of chips topped with brisket and chicken, smothered with more cheese, BBQ sauce, sauteed peppers and onions and finished off with jalapenos. Accompanied with mini tacos and homemade salsa and chips. (Sopapillas – add $1.00/person)
